CANCELATIONS/REFUNDS/CREDITS

Refunds are not available for missed classes or late arrivals. Cancellations must be made via email or phone (please leave a message if necessary). All classes will start and end on time. If you arrive after the registrar has taken attendance, it will be recorded as a missed class.

Anytime if the trainee cancels the order cancelation fee will be applied.

DUPLICATE CERTIFICATES

All certificates will be emailed within 10 business days after class completion. If you lose your certificate, a $15 administrative fee will apply for issuing a duplicate.

CLASS CANCELATIONS

Class schedules are arranged in advance, but there are occasions when cancellations may occur. Classes will be canceled if Montgomery County Public Schools are closed due to inclement weather or if evening or weekend activities are canceled for similar reasons or other emergencies. Additionally, classes may be canceled due to low enrollment or other administrative factors. You will be notified by email if a class is canceled, and you can also call 240-863-2331 to check the status of a class. If we do cancel a class, we will make every effort to reschedule or provide a substitute session.
