Refunds will not be issued after 24 hours of the payment or starting the online portion of the training. Fenote Training Academy reserves the right to cancel classes due to natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, MTA suspension, building shutdowns, or other uncontrollable causes without the possibility of a refund. In such cases, rescheduling without penalty or holding credit without expiration is allowed.
To reschedule, contact us at admin@fenotetrainingacademy.com, providing proof of attempted communication. Rescheduling is allowed once per course within 90 days of the original class date. You may only reschedule once for each course you registered for. The rescheduled class must take place within 30 days of the original class date.

Blended Courses (Half in-person / half online) REQUIRES every student to take an online course BEFORE the scheduled class date. If you fail to do the online part, you will not be allowed to sit for the skills session and will NOT receive a refund or be allowed to reschedule.
To replace a certification card, contact admin@fenotetrainingacademy.com. You are responsible for the correct spelling of your own name when you register for a course. If you misspelled your name, you would have to pay the replacement card fee in order to obtain another card.

If a charge is placed in dispute by you (or the cardholder if it is not your credit card) because you (or the cardholder) do not recognize/recall this charge, you will be responsible for a processing fee of $25.00 in addition to the original charges.

We do not store any credit card and payment information. The only information stored will be your name, mailing/ billing address, phone number, and email. Your information will never be sold to outside vendors. Only our partners (e.g. squareup.com, mail carriers) have access to your information in order to complete your transaction.
Fenote Training Academy or companies Fenote Training Academy is associated with is not responsible for any injuries during the duration of the course, including the skills practice. If any part of the course will interfere and/or affect a medical condition that you have, you will alert the instructor to avoid possible injury.
