Mission Statement
Fenote Training Academy, LLC empowers underserved and low-income individuals in Montgomery County, MD, and the greater DMV area through accessible, high-quality health and safety training. Our programs—including Community Health Worker, Mental Health First Aid, Childcare Provider, CPR, First Aid, AED, BLS, and Instructor Training—help participants earn industry certifications and become workforce-ready.

We support immigrants, refugees, opportunity youth, justice-impacted individuals, people with disabilities, veterans, English learners, undocumented residents, and small or minority-run businesses—reducing employment barriers and promoting long-term economic mobility.
